🚀 Bosman continues its momentum with the “De Puls” project in Amsterdam

Bosman maintains its momentum and signs an iconic new contract with “De Puls” in Amsterdam.

 

The Dutch business unit is reaffirming its technical expertise in smart and high environmental performance buildings , once again supporting the developer EDGE Technologies. Named “De Puls”, this new project concerns an innovative mixed-use building that aims to create synergies between different uses. More precisely, it includes:

 

  • A 25-storey, 36,000 sq. m office tower
  • A 22-storey residential tower (9,600 sq. m) containing 200 apartments
  • A nine-storey annex to accommodate 1,600 sq. metres of shops and bar/cafĂ© spaces, plus a 2,700 sq. metre cinema complex
  • Parking with priority given to electrical vehicles
  • More than 1,300 bicycle parking spaces

 

Bosman is responsible for all electrical and mechanical engineering facilities and plumbing in the building. With regard to sustainability, Bosman will also be involved in the installation of photovoltaic panels, intelligent detection and an underground irrigation facility where rainwater is collected for watering the circular rooftop garden.

 

In terms of certification and labels, “De Puls” is targeting BREEAM at Outstanding level and WELL Platinum.

 

Works will commence in the third quarter of 2021 and end in Q4 2024.

 

Contract value: €35 million
