Portugal: Smart Building Solutions for an iconic Hotel in the centre of Lisbon
Sotécnica and Longo Plano were awarded by the Consortium HCI Construções/Alves Ribeiro for Santa Joana Convent Hotel.
Located in the heart of Lisbon and in a central area, this hotel represents a delicate transition between historical and contemporary architecture. It has 369 rooms and apartments, restaurants, meeting, and recreation rooms.
Sotecnica’s intervention, through EBS, MBS, ESS, Large Projects’ BU’s and Longo Plano, will be the execution of all Special Installations: HVAC, Water, Sewage, Fire, BMS, Electricity and Security.
The works started in January 2022 and are expected to end by September 2023.
Amount: €9.6M.
