Volutique joins Building Solutions!
[New acquisition in France]: Volutique joins the Building Solutions network in western France! Based in Rennes, Vannes and Caen, the company specialises in insulation and interior fittings.
Volutique generated revenue of €8 million in 2020 with 50 employees. Operating in western France, the company produces acoustic, partitioning and insulation solutions, which have become essential to ensuring efficient energy performance in buildings.
Its three facilities in Rennes, Vannes and Caen enable it to operate across the whole western region. “With the acquisition of Volutique, we are combining technical and energy performance”, says Gilles Vivat, General director of VINCI Energies Tertiaire Grand Ouest. “Their architectural expertise complements our knowledge of electrical and climate engineering, and will enable us to offer our customers in western France a comprehensive solution for their energy development and renovation projects.”
