Elairgie designs, builds and maintains climate engineering installations for industrial and commercial sites in the Grand Ouest, Île‑de‑France and Hauts‑de‑France regions.

Based in Normandy, Elairgie employs 72 people across three sites in Caen, Argentan and Vimoutiers. It works with customers in the healthcare and distribution sectors (including with distribution platforms) and with local authorities, whom it helps to optimise energy performance in their installations.

Directed by David Quandieu since 2002, Elairgie has become one of Normandy’s leading climate control, ventilation, heating, plumbing and air handling companies.

Gilles Vivat, General Director of this business line, explains that “This acquisition consolidates our climate engineering expertise in the Grand Ouest region and perfectly complements our electrical engineering business units, thereby contributing to the VINCI Energies commercial division’s expansion in the area.”
