Sanitherm charged with the first innovative senior residence
VINCI Immobilier and Sanitherm are constructing an innovative senior residence in the west of France.
This building will represent 12,500 working hours and will include the latest energy measures, such as reversible (cooling and warming) climate control.
- 119 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom homes
- Communal spaces – dining room, catering kitchen, pool, media library, TV room, hairstyling room, various activity rooms, laundry room
Sanitherm CEO, David Richard, also notes a number of unique technical features: “The teams will install air handling units with dual flow in communal spaces and single flow in accommodation spaces, and design air handling for the kitchen (extraction hoods and air compensation units) and pool area (air handling and dehumidifier unit) for pre-tax revenue of €1,656,000. It was VINCI Immobilier that guided our most recent technical decisions. We jointly finalised the solutions to suit the allocated budget for this batch.”
The design phase began in early February, with delivery scheduled for the first half of 2023.
