A predictive system for charging electric vehicles that anticipates energy needs for an ensemble of users.

EV charging stations are set to experience dynamic growth over the next few years. Not only in public spaces but in commercial buildings as well: today, every new commercial facility being built must provide EV charging stations on every floor of their parking lot.

That’s where PARK’N PLUG comes into play.

The French start-up has designed a predictive charging system that anticipates the amount of energy required for an entire group of users. The central control system memorizes the daily habits of users (arrival and departure times; energy consumed). Such long-range planning means improved priority management of charging stations and dynamic distribution of rated output when several vehicles charge at the same time.

Thanks to this technology, commercial parking lot managers will be able to significantly reduce the maximum power dedicated to EV charges. PARK’N PLUG says that the power reduction (installed capacity) can reach as much as 40%.

PARK’N PLUG offers the following services à la carte, alongside a central energy control system called NEMO:
